tuesday tip

(topic: tri-state traveling with a tired teething toddler)

if you are ever so inclined to confine yourself to a car for 10 plus hours with a tired, crabby, hungry, obnoxious, teething, picky, demanding, 21 month old BOY toddler as I was yesterday, do NOT forget to bring a mylar balloon. or two. believe me, it will provide hours of entertainment!

thanks, auntie rah, for the balloons!

What a great idea! Except at my kids ages, they would be slamming each other in the head with them.

I'd have the same problem as Ace. Good idea for yours though! 10+ hours... yikes!

Been there... balloons saved our life as well! Now-a-days, they have lost their effect! Now, it's the DVD player in the car that I would DIE without!

So does that mean you're home? Hope you have some time to recover - I can't imagine doing that trek on my own with A. :)

I sure hope you are proudly wearing your "Super Mom" badge. I'm not so sure I could endure 10 hours in the car with a toddler, let alone a cranky, teething toddler!

That is a great idea - I would have never thought of that!
